Axles and gears don't fit with each other
The axles supplied are either too thick to fit a gear on or are too narrow. It's not worth paying extra for them when you can get the gears on their own to be honest.

Repaired Christmas Carousel
I need to repair a Christmas carousel I had bought years ago from Costco. Had stopped turning, on dismantling discovered one of the gears had snapped.This set was perfect as it had the required gear.Carousel worked all Christmas, happy family. Good as new again
