I bought this chair for my son who is still working remotely from home because we are going to turn the spare room, once again, into office space. It arrived a few days ago. Fortunately, UPS was kind enough to bring it in for me because the box is large and the package was heavy.I just had shoulder surgery two weeks ago and I'm not supposed to be lifting, but things that need to be done tend to beckon to me. I watched the assembly video and it looked pretty simple, so I decided to tackle it anyway.The chair is extremely well packaged. Everything was wrapped in either bubble wrap bags or foam packing sheets, and the smaller parts were in separate cardboard boxes, also wrapped. The bolts and hex wrench were all enclosed on a display card, and the pieces were perfectly numbered, nothing was missing, and the cardboard sheet was attached to the inside of the shipping box so that it didn't get lost. I'm not explaining this very well, and I wish I would have taken a picture before I tore into it; but the way they packaged the bolts and numbered them matched so perfectly with the instructions (which are very clear, straightforward, and illustrated) that I didn't even need the video. I had the chair together in about 30 minutes. It probably would have been faster had I not been trying to protect my shoulder.The chair itself is extremely well made. I was surprised at how sturdy it is. It isn't lightweight, like most home office chairs, and it's very attractive. The chair is comfortable and the lumbar support is such a welcome addition! I would imagine that this chair is going to be around for a while.I'm hoping that my oldest son and his girlfriend will have worn their office chairs out by the end of the year because I would love to get each one of them one of these for Christmas. I don't write reviews as a rule unless I'm extremely disappointed with something or impressed, and everything about this chair has impressed me. You won't be disappointed. This company knows what they're doing!

They bought 8 of these for my office and I liked it so much that I bought one for me at home. They are pretty comfortable; have the lumbar support I always need and can be easily cleaned. it was easy to build it up and looks great in my office room. I selected the grey color because it was $60.00 less than the black one and it really matches much better in my room. Very satisfied.

This chair came with easy to use instructions, all parts included. Very comfortable easy to adjust! So glad I purchased this one!

I have had this chair for quite some time. Feels a little stiff on the body. The seat area seems to be small. Not to say that I am a big body person but the seat area feels kinda small. I tend to have to sit close towards the back of the chair in order to fully take advantage of the seating area. The back support is good as well as the head rest. At times when I want to take a break, I am able to recline the chair and with the head support I can go ahead and rest a bit. The recline angle is also good enough to be able to rest. I am not worried that I will fall back on the chair once it is on the recline position. Overall, the chair is way better than the standard chair that I had.

I really like this office chair. I’ve had it for over a year now and it’s held up well. Keeps me cool as I live where it’s very hot in the summer.

Chair showed up a day early, which was a nice surprise. I have been working Hybrid mode (2-3 days in office, the remainder from home) and using the office chair my wife bought herself from Ikea 5 or so years ago. She constantly says I am a werewolf since I run hot. The mesh back and bottom are a huge improvement in the first 5 minutes of use.The chair was well packaged, with bubble wrap on the important stuff so as not to mar the finishes. Bolts were contained in their own little spots on the card per assembly step, with pre-applied threadlocker which was a nice touch. The provided allen wrench seemed a touch small for the bolt heads, but it went together easy enough after finding the assembly PDF on the product page.Hopefully this stands up to use, as it was a great price.

Been using this chair for 60 days, was pretty easy to put together. The only thing I added was I upgraded the wheels to rollerblade style wheels. Very happy with the chair. Very comfortable and cool

Got this because my modern leather desk stool wasn’t cutting it in ergonomics and I was having back pain. I’m so comfortable at my home office desk now that my husband put this together for me! Took about 45 min to assemble. It’s not very pretty but definitely is functional and ergonomic!
