Systane Hydration Multi-Dose Preservative-Free Eye Drops Dry Eye Relief Twin Pack (2x10ml)

Would give these 1000 stars if I could. When my dry eye issues started really torturing me, I tried more than a few different kinds of drops, but this brand...hands down...is the best without a prescription. These are preservative free and wonderful relief! So, if you have issues with preservatives, these will definitely work for you, imho. I really love and appreciate the bottle design as well! It's actually genius what they've done with this. The dropper part has to be stubby on account of the preservative free nature of this formula, as the longer spouts can breed bacteria in general with any PF formula. The bottle is an easy squeeze with no struggle. But the brilliance is in the way the dropper opening is a contrasting dark blue colour, which makes it very easy to see from the eye receiving the drops, resulting in no wasted drops. Being able to actually see where the dropper opening is in relation to the eyeball surface has resulted, for me, in very few missed doses cuts way down on wasting drops. Nothing worse than missing the mark and ending up with drops on your face and not in your eye, am I right? The drops last for hours and are so soothing. I start out with one drop in each eye first thing in the morning, and they last all day, at least til dinner. Then I might do one more dose around that time, if needed and then I'm good for the rest of the day. 4 drops daily with soothing relief = the only choice for me. Cannot live without these and the price is decent, too. Very highly recommend!

I’ve purchased this product multiple times and they work very well. They provide great relief for dry eyes and are easy to use. I’ll definitely keep buying them.

Good eye drops for dry eyes. My eye doctor gave me a sample box so I purchased on amazon. I do not like the dispenser bottle , I prefer the older style with the longer tip. The one use sample vials were easier to use , but over filled for me. I didn't like wasting the extra product.

I've been using this product for over a decade for my Recurrent Corneal Erosion and dry eyes. It's FANTASTIC. It has no preservatives which means it leaves no gunk in the eyes and on surfaces. Because of this it has a non-traditional squeeze design. Make sure to wipe it clean after use so it doesn't become a breeding ground for germs. These drops are expensive but a life-saver.

I've been meaning to buy these drops for the better part of a year. I kept forgetting to purchase them or didn't have enough money. I finally got them and will start buying them in place of Refresh preservative free eye drops. The primary reason being that I don't like throwing out so much plastic whereas with Systane eye drops the liquid comes in a big bottle with many uses at half the price. The drops work well, and fairly easy to use. My eyes aren't hurting from using them and my eyes do feel better after application. All is well. Thank you.

Just had eye procedure and these drops are perfect. They cool and dry my eye, ending the discomfort of the contact bandage.

Terrible bottle design. It's hard to get the drops to dispense properly. The drops do work and help with dryness, but the bottle design is bad enough to make me keep looking for another product.
