Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape Black 3m

Brought this as it came recommended to repair a section of pond liner, notice on the label it says not to use for ponds that contain fish. Got in contact with the manufacture so confirmed the adhesive use shouldn’t be used in any situation where you have fish.

I bought this to temporarily repair a split roof seam on my Mercedes Sprinter Campervan Roof. Unfortunately it must have been leaking for some time and I have had to rip everything out. I needed to stop the leak so I can dry out the Van. This tape did just that. I cleaned the roof with white spirit first, placed a 40cm length of this along the seam. Then used a wallpaper corner roller to help bed the tape down. It does state that this tape is not for seams so I smeared a light coat of silicone frame sealant at both ends of the tape. Result. Leak stopped and it rained very heavily last night. This was applied on a damp and cold evening (around 6 degrees Centigrade) to a cold painted Steel surface. Very impressed.

Great adhesion, fully waterproof if used correctly.i.e highly recommended the area is clean & dry.also highly recommend you use a hair dryer to heat once tape has been applied fool proof.

Used to cover a leak in gutter joint. Recently had rain and no leak, so far good. gutter does not have required fall so the patch is usually under water when rains. Hopefully will last
