Upon first impressions, the packaging of Vitamatic Magnesium Glycinate was straightforward yet informative, providing clear instructions and benefits. The tablets themselves are of a manageable size, making them easy to incorporate into my daily routine. One of the standout features of this magnesium supplement is its form - glycinate, which is renowned for its superior absorption and gentleness on the stomach. This was a significant factor for me, as other forms of magnesium have caused me digestive discomfort in the past. Thankfully, I experienced no such issues with Vitamatic, a testament to its high-quality formulation. After several weeks of consistent use, I noticed discernible improvements in my overall well-being. My sleep quality improved remarkably; muscle cramps that frequently plagued my nights became a rarity. It's worth noting that while my experience has been positive, individual results may vary, and it's always best to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.

Blood test did not suggest low magnesium levels but tried anyways for neuropathy due to nerve being irritated from nearby scar tissue. Magnesium is needed for nerve repair so it seemed to make sense. Not suggesting this supplement solves neuropathy but when problem is really bad this absolutely helps. Rubbing magnesium lotion over area with irritated nerve also helps within minutes. Funny thing is, when nerve problem is not severe, magnesium does not help at all. Definitely no placebo effect for me. It works fast when problem severe and does nothing noticeable otherwise. I take 2-3 pills a day anyways because "problem times" involve pretty severe pain. Be careful with magnesium supplementation. Too little and too much both cause health problems. Magnesium is the main ingredient in laxatives, which should tell you what happens if you are getting too much. Also, if you are just starting magnesium supplementation, begin with a lower dose to see how well you tolerate it. I had stomach issues the first few days... and laxative issues. That was a year ago. Body has had no issues with pills since that first few days. I have had no problems with broken pills, or taking the pills. Apparently a lot of reviewers do. Have also not noticed any effect on my sleep, but already sleep well. The only thing this does for me is prevent/stop severe neuropathy pain. Does it help you with issues? If so, tell others. Magnesium DEFINITELY helps me a lot, but only under certain conditions.

These pills are thick. Like, chonky with a capital "C." If you have trouble swallowing anything bigger than a Skittle, good luck. But I’m a professional at this point. I down these things like I’m training for the Olympic medal in "composure." That said, they’re not for everyone. I gave away a whole bottle to a friend, and yep, turned out to be a tough pill to swallow. No pun intended. Maybe this product should come in a half-size version with a split dose for the non-pro swallowers. Again, no pun intended. Just being real. But the effects? Within 30 minutes, I’m a zen monk. Body relaxes, brain melts into soup (the calm kind), and I wind down better than most meditations. It doesn’t wreck my REM like alcohol does. You stay calm without turning into a zombie. Still, it’s a four-star product because no matter how great the benefits are, the pill size is a legitimate barrier for a lot of people. They are in a bottle that says Vitamatic Magnesium with B6. Excellent. You won't confuse them with other drugs.

I take two because of the lower dose of Glycinate. It does include B6 as well!

One a day great for muscle cramps

Last time I ran out of magnesium, these weren't on special and I didn't have enough money... I had to buy another brand (same strength) and it was a disaster. All my cramps were back and I was really struggling! Now, when I was able to buy from this company again, all my cramps stopped completely. I'll never ever buy any other brand again.

For most Magnesium, it is well nigh impossible to know how much you are giving yourself. This is the first that is clear and unequivocal and tells you the amount per tablet. Most say the the daily dose is three or four tablets but you can't find out how much it is and what you are really getting.
