I have two pcs and i want to have it on both of them, can i do that from buying only one ? or is it only for one pc ?

Yes ,, along as you have the unlock code still , that comes with it

I have the interlink rf 6.5 usb transmitter/controller. will this controller work with the new rf 9.5 or evolution?

To be honest I really dont know.Try it .If it binds to it go for it.

does this product include a install disc or is it digital install?

You do either. I comes with a disc or download the software and enter your license that came with the item

Will it run on a surface running windows s?

Short answer, no. S mode only allows software downloads from the MS store, which doesn't offer Real Flight. If you switch your Surface out of S mode you can download and run Real Flight as long as your Surface meets the system requirements for it.
