We are always misplacing the remotes for our 3 split systems in the house. I bought a couple of these and I literally just put batteries in and pointed them at the unit(s) and they work perfectly. There is no backlight on the remotes, but that’s not at all necessary when it’s a billion degrees. Awesome item for the price!

Worked the first time couldn't ask for anything better

My mini-split heat pump system responds to the remote correctly. Only difference is there is no backlight on the new remote [original had orange-ish backlight.]

OK but did not have a backlight which is important to easily see the screen so I returned it. For those who want a backlight; Costway Mini Split remote controls have a backlight. Buy it on Amazon or Costway site.

Realmente nadie dijo que el control no prendía luz y es súper incómodo ya que de noche no se ve nada. Si funciona pero la compañía no lo especifica y compré 2 ningunos encienden las luces. Es un abuso y quiero un reembolso
