Yes they are original. Aside from that, they sound good but, they have a spotty connection/compatibility to my Pixel 6 Pro. I would not recommend.

Where are these made?

According to Samsung their products are manufactured in South Korea. They announced a Taylor Texas factory will open next year. (2024)

Do these work with iPad and Windows laptop?

If you get an adapter for Micro USB-C to Lightening or 3.5mm, they should work fine. Just know they are crappy quality for listening to mid-range, aka voice.
