The case is nice and seems like it would be durable, however I read other reviews and it seems that they only send one good battery with this product, the second battery had a little charge when it arrived but it wouldn’t charge at all so when it died it was dead. The ratchet I think would be ok but I really didn’t get to do much with it having to change out the battery between it and the light, the light was nice and bright with 2 settings, however it is made cheap, my recommendation is to look elsewhere if you’re interested in this type of tool

I have used this often since I got it and it seems very sturdy and strong. Hasn't failed me yet. Battery life is very good.Like another user here said, a 20v DeWalt battery will fit with little modification. I bought two aftermarket batteries for Dewalt did a little grinding with a Dremel and now I have a total of 3 batteries for it.Now my socket set plays second banana to this tool. This is a time saver and is now my go-to tool that I reach for first.

So far so good. I only use it after breaking bolts manually so its awesome for not having to use all muscle. I haven’t tried any hard jobs with it and don’t really plan to so I can’t say anything about performance. Overall, Iam satisfied.
