Essencial for my baby to keep breastfeeding
It's been essencial for my baby to breastfeed, becaua we've been struggling since his 1st week of life, he got used to the bottle and wouldn't take the breast, so after a few times trying, he latched again with the support of SNS.Recommend 100% if you're trying to exclusively breastfees, although I can't manage to take him out of SND now, but still, it's better than giving the bottle and causing nipple confusion (it does cause flow confusion)

great invention no leaks
I bought this product with the fear of it leaking like the other reviewers have said however after watching videos online I learnt that you lock the two strings before you wear it to prevent any leaks. so far very happy with the outcome.

Don't waste your money
I can't stress enough what a total load of rubbish this product is and an absolute rip off. From the very first day of having the SNS it leaks at least 50% of the time, so me and baby both covered in milk and expensive formula wasted. The design is flawed and the seal valve just does not stay in place properly. Not only this but less than a month in and both tubes from the medium attachment have broken off.Have contacted the seller twice to try and get a refund or replacement and heard nothing back.SNS in principal is a great idea, do yourself a favour though, go on the medela site, buy the tubing spare parts kit for £14 and just put one of these inside your bottle, put the bottle in your bra and tape the tube to your nipple just the same, works a dream at a fraction of the cost and no leaking!

Not for everyone
Didn't worked for me and my baby. Probably should have started using it in the hospital. It's quite tricky to set everything up. The lanyard is difficult to adjust. Needing another person to help. Ive seen videos with a different device with a clip instead of lanyard. But couldn't find it in uk

A lot of practise and patience
To use this product you will need a lot of patience and attention to detail.Every time you assembly it, you need to make sure the see through part is properly and tightly on the tubes or it leaks. After that you have to make sure the tubes are screwed on properly otherwise it leaks. When you’re ready to try this with your baby, you’ll probably fail a couple times. The first time I tried this, I was crying, the baby was crying and we were both covered in formula! However after about 2 days of trying with every feed we really got a hand of it and it only takes second for my baby to latch to my nipple with the tube. I’ve been using the SNS for every feed for last 5 months and it has absolutely saved the chance to breastfeed my baby and to make sure she gets at lease some milk from me and not just formula. The tubes a surprisingly sturdy, my daughter sometimes grabbed it and pulled super hard during a feed and I thought that’s it, now it has to break off and they never did! However for a huge downside is cleaning. Cleaning the inside of the bottle is a nightmare as the top part is very narrow hence very tricky to get any cleaning to inside to clean milk. However not impossible you just have to be resourceful. I would also like if Medela sold extra tubes so you could change them and not buy the entire thing again when you feel the tubes are just never going to be clean.

Almost Literally Life-Saving. One of the Best Things we Bought for our Child.
Fiddly, yes.Prone to wearing out connectors and pipes from time to time, so budget on having a spare over a long period of time, but I personally received some great service from the company when we had a supply problem, and there's nothing else like this if you are having problems supplying enough when breast feeding.I really don't want to think how my wife would have managed without this.Persevere, and this will do the job if you are as lucky as we were.

Very good and not so hard to use
Works efficiently for the purpose of top up the breastfeeding and keep a good latch.

Leaky, expensive, not worth it.
I'll preface this review by saying that when it does work, it's brilliant. However, trying to get it to work without leaking with a crying, hungry baby is possibly the most frustrating task in the world that literally drove me to tears. It's incredibly expensive for, what's ostensibly, a bottle with two tubes. If you can get it to work it's great but for the frustration trying to make it work without being covered in milk, I wouldn't recommend.

Sad that I can't use it
This is a great concept and I really looked forward to using it, however it doesn't work it your baby requires thickener for reflux. Even the large tube doesn't allow for the milk to pass.

Great idea, but some design mistakes
I looked specifically for this one after midwife’s recommendation. I knew there was a new version, but I wanted exactly the one she recommended. My mistake. The idea is great if you need such a device but:You don’t need two tubes unless you have twins. The kid pulls whatever he finds. Less tubes, less things to worry about. The assembly is very sensible. If the cap is too tight it drips. Too loose, it drips. Mom and kid were covered in milk twice before we learned it in a forum. It’s not confortable and it falls too low on your chest unless you tighten the lace around your neck. The new model seems to address these flaws.

great aid for low milk supply
I use it to help increase breast milk supply and although I can't say it worked, baby accepted the feeding tube with no problem to receive formula from it. It is true that it requires practice to put on fast (specially when babies can't wait to be fed) but if you persist and practice to put it on, I personally got pretty good at it. I would say it is a MUST to know the basics of good latching for babies before using it, to identify what it is right for your baby and your body. But if used correctly, in my experience was a good aid until month 4, used once or twice a day. It is a bit of a pain to wash so I ordered 2 to have a backup. The instructions that came with were extremely useful. don't skip it.
