Looks perfect, but arrived dented—disappointing experience
I purchased the LG 315 Liter Top Mount Refrigerator Double Door (Model: GNB442PLGB) from Amazon and received it on 01/10/2025. The refrigerator itself looks modern, spacious, and has a good design. Cooling performance so far has been satisfactory, and LG is a brand I usually trust. However, I was disappointed to find a dent on the refrigerator upon delivery. Since this is a brand-new purchase, I expected the product to arrive in perfect condition. I have already reached out to LG regarding this issue and shared the invoice and photos for resolution. Overall, the product quality seems good, but the delivery/packaging experience needs improvement. Hopefully, LG and Amazon will address this issue quickly.

Low quality product
The refrigerator did not last long. After 3 months of work, it began to either freeze food or spoil food. The seller does not respond to return requests.

noisy
It was okay at the begining but after a couple of months usage, it started making noise like a truck. Called the thecnician to get it fixed while it was under warranty. He came and fixed it but it was only temporary solutin instead of fixing. It staretd making noise again but this time no waranty and i have to pay. This is a noisy item, do not purchase if you are looking for a fridge not making noise.
