This Is the Way… to Display LEGO
Absolutely brilliant build. The detail in this helmet is seriously impressive — especially how LEGO have recreated the metallic “beskar” look using different shades and finishes. It’s a really satisfying build too, not overly complicated but engaging enough to enjoy from start to finish. Once completed, it looks fantastic on display — proper centrepiece vibes for a desk or shelf. Feels more like a collectible than lego. If you’re a Star Wars fan (or just like a good display build), this one is a must-have. Now sitting alongside Boba Fett - Jango is next!

Great one for collectors
The LEGO Captain Rex Helmet is a really solid looking display piece and easily one of the better helmets in the Star Wars line-up. The blue detailing pops nicely and makes it stand out straight away, especially compared to some of the more plain white helmets. The build itself is pretty enjoyable too, with some clever layering going on, so it never really feels boring when putting it together. That said, it does rely quite a bit on stickers, which is a bit annoying at this price point. Lining them up perfectly can be fiddly and if they’re slightly off, it kind of messes with the overall look. Also, if you’ve already built the Stormtrooper helmet, parts of this will feel very familiar, almost like a remix rather than something totally new. Overall though, it’s a good display piece and looks great on a shelf, especially if you’re a Clone Wars fan or already collecting the helmet series. Not perfect, but still a fun build and one most Star Wars fans will probably be happy to own.

Purchased it last minute for my 11 year olds birthday. Didn’t look properly at the box to see it was 18+. He build it in a few hours though, so crisis averted. Great price compared to other retailers. It’s Lego, so quality is obviously great.
