Bought this a year ago and still holding strong. Love that it is a lift top when I need it. Perfect height for my couch and the wheels help me move it so I can clean under. Also my shark robot fits under perfectly as well! Nice quality and easy enough to assemble as a girl solo.

Overall, this was fairly simple to put together. The little instruction booklet has pictures with lettered parts to help differentiate them. It took me a little less than an hour to put together, but about half of that was removing the stickers and the staticy styrofoam that was stuck to it. Using an electric screwdriver on the lowest torque setting and a 10mm socket/ratchet was definitely a big help for this, but it does have all of the tools in the package that you'll need. The casters that come with it do have the scraping problem that some of the other reviews mention. Bending up each of the bottom tabs of the locking mechanisms is definitely necessary. The opening and closing of the pneumatic top is a little clunky, but it may just need some light adjustments to the nuts holding the arms in place. Pictured is a 17" laptop on top of the table at a couch for reference. I got this specifically for this purpose, and it ended up working out better than I was expecting. It's difficult to tell from the dimensions how it will size up for laptop usage without actually seeing it in person - but it works! When moving the table with the top up, it wants to tip toward the direction of the top. If you're doing that, I'd definitely be cautious. Especially with the whole caster tab situation. There were numerous spare pieces of hardware supplied, I'm not sure if that was intentional or not, but it did have me question whether I actually put all of the pieces where they were supposed to go. The table is fairly sturdy, even with casters VS the stationary feet that the send with. I definitely wouldn't try to dance on it, but I'm not worried about it falling apart anytime soon. As the title says: Solid 4 stars.

I wanted something easy to move around/had storage for our first coffee table, and for the price this one was a great option for us! I had some trouble with building it: putting on the top of the table and installing the mechanics in definitely requires at least two people, but other than that it was easy to do, and we managed to build it within 2 to 3 hours. I appreciated the price and liked the design very much! If you were worried about the corners, we put those baby safety corners on the edges to help avoid bumps, and so far it has been great to use for eating and lounging! Recommend!

It took a while to assemble. The instructions were not as clear and I thought I saw a video on how to assemble this so I went to the product information on Amazon and found a video. But when I played the video, it was not the right table. I don't know if it's the way it was assembled but when the top is lifted and you put it back down, the movement is not smooth and it sometimes will abruptly fall on the table. All in all, it's great! Just what I needed. I opted to put on the wheels instead so it's easy to roll into position.

I've had an old lift-top coffee table for years that has had it's share of use because I live on my laptop- for work and personal use. It was on it's last leg so it was time for a new one. I ordered this lift-top coffee table because it was one of the more affordable ones. I saw in the comments a few people saying the directions were wrong so we assembled it by their advice instead of the directions- learned the hard way that we should have followed the included instructions because ours were correct- so the manufacturer may have corrected them after the comments of them being wrong. So I recommend following the directions included instead of going by reviews. Once assembled, the table is a good size and looks nice. The cons are that the top is very thin and feels very cheap- thin pressed wood with harsh sharp edges that are not comfortable for elbows to rest on. The top is challenging to raise up and lower- requires two hands on each side because it's very wobbly. I foresee this leading to many spilled drinks in the future if you're not super careful. The wheels have a piece that hangs down that drags on carpet, and will tear up your rug if you don't bend it up somehow- which we still need to do. It doesn't roll very smoothly on our rug so I'm concerned about it putting holes in my rug because it gets moved frequently. Even though it's one of the less expensive options, a hundred bucks is still a lot of money. Considering the price, I feel that this table could be greatly improved upon.

I love this table! I do not want a coffee table permanently and this is perfect for when I have company and would like a coffee table so that my guests don’t have to hold their drinks. It arrived assembled. It is perfect!

Major pain to put together. Besides having to be a contortionist to screw the top pieces together, nothing on the table top itself indicates which is the front or back. After several attempts to get it to close properly, and unscrewing the arms flipping them around, I had to unscrew the top from the arms, flip it around and screw it back on ( laying on the floor facing up). At 66 years old it was a bit much.

I recently purchased this coffee table with a hydraulic top lift, and I couldn't be happier with it! The table's design is perfectly complementing my living room decor. The hydraulic lift mechanism is a nice touch, making it easy to adjust the table's height for working or relaxing, as well as providing storage inside the table. Moreover, the wheels were really nice and smooth, making it easier to move the table around without having to lift it. As well, it is only fair to mention the top - notch responsiveness and customer service of the seller who were able to help me with any poblems I faced.

En mi caso se me complicó instalar la tapa superior de la mesa. No me agrada que no cierra completamente la tapa al accionar los elevadores, apreciándose la abertura. La cubierta interna debió ser más sólida (tipo cartón) y en color cerezo

Table it self is good and as I expected it. However the wheels are not rolling on my low pile carpet. If the wheels was not the last thing to assemble I would return the whole table back. Now that it is all assembled I have to look for some other wheels that will make the table move with ease instead of having to drag it once or twice a day. If the manufacturer is reading this please advice. Have to mention also that the wheels' locking mechanism, butterfly shaped thing, when "open wheel" it is at the same level as the bottom of the wheel. That is an unfortunate design.
