The consistency is great, and it tastes natural. I have been eating them consistently since the summer and never get tired of them. They are sweet but not too sweet (not too much sugar), and the seeds make them taste natural rather than artificial. The portion size is not huge, but I find it ideal for a quick bite in the morning. Buying them in bulk makes sense to save some money, as the individual price is otherwise too high. They do turn stale quickly when opened and not eaten promptly.

These KIND Bars are a huge hit in our house! Everyone loves them. They’re filling, just sweet enough, and have a great soft texture that’s perfect for busy mornings or after-school snacks. The best part? My son has a peanut allergy, and these are one of the few bars he can safely eat and actually loves. That alone makes them worth keeping on hand. We’ve added them to our Subscribe & Save rotation because they disappear fast around here. If you’re looking for a quick, allergy-conscious breakfast or snack option that actually tastes good, these are a win all around.

I LOVE these bars! They have a wonderful taste to them; almost decadent! I normally have a package for breakfast, along with an orange and a banana and it's enough to keep my energy level fairly high for the morning. I'm 78 and use oxygen due to COPD, so I tire easily but I like to keep busy, and I truly feel that these bars give me the energy to get busy while not over-filling me.
