My wife loves this kitchen scale. We are giving it a good workout especially in today's economy.

Bought this to weigh luggage before airport check-in and it works perfectly. Solid, heavy-duty, easy to read, and no batteries to die at the worst possible moment. If you’ve ever watched the airline agent slap an overweight sticker on your bag while maintaining direct eye contact, this scale is your new best friend. Accurate, simple, and built like it could survive baggage handling itself. Great for luggage, boxes, and anything else you don’t want guessing games with. Would buy again.

Great scale used it to weigh luggage for trip abroad

I really like this scale. I like that I don't need to plug it in or rely on batteries. I used to have a larger one when living overseas. We used it all the time for weighing luggage. That was my main purpose for buying this. I think that is is going to do a great job. I know the listed purpose was a kitchen scale, however, it will work well for me. The only problem I had was that it didn't come with any instruction at all. I have tried to put several pictures to help. It took me awhile to realize that their were small black plastic bits on the inside of the bars on the scale. That was probably to keep it from moving while in transit. It took me awhile to realize that I had to push them out to be able to finally get the scale to work. I have a picture above of the side of the scale. It has a silver screw with a plastic bit coming through it. I don't think it is supposed to be removed and I have no idea if it has any purpose at all. Regardless of some of the small difficulties, I would totally recommend this. The only drawback might be the price. It is a bit pricey.

I order this scale not only didn't meet my expectation and the delivery was very poor. I ordered this scale and pay extra to come early but it came two days late without telling me the reasons. I pay $129 for this scale and it not where near what I expected, when I open the box the scale look more like a toy , my parents have the scale which 3 times bigger and heavier and build like a tank , where this scale felt like for 3 years to play . So much regard buying it .
