Q: Spoke with customer service gave me this item number saying that the visor is 20 in rather than the 30in which is it?

If you are ordering the replacement visors for a '97 - '02 Wrangler TJ, then each visor is 20 inches. These are a direct replacement for the OEM visors. You will need to keep the original hardware (screws) for the install. Shouldn't take more than 20 minutes, total, to install both. I've had mine for a couple of years now, and they look great and work as the originals.

Q: I have the mounting screws. What I really need is the black plastic piece on the mounting bracket. Is that included?

The plastic neck that holds the visor in place is broken on my jeep. Does it come with that part attached? Otherwise I will need that part as well

Better than OEM in my 2002 Wrangler X

I was a little hesitant to order these given some of the other reviews citing fit and color problems, but these are perfect in my dusty, old 2002 Wrangler X with Agate colored dash and trim. I think they actually look better than the originals without the ugly "Don't tip me over" stickers all over them... they're certainly just as well made as the stock visors.Installation took about 2 minutes using a Torx driver and the original factory screws. Sure, including new screws would have been nice, but considering this is probably the 1st time the screws have been removed in the 22 years since my Jeep rolled out of the factory, the original screws went back in with no issues.
