I bought this B12 liquid vitamin because I always felt sluggish in the morning and I couldn’t get myself together and being that I’m in my 60s I really needed it one drop of this every morning gave me energy. You didn’t feel it activate and you don’t feel you coming down you don’t crash. My thinking was clear. My energy was better. I even bought this for my best friend who was going through the same thing and she loves it I highly recommend this B12 liquid vitamin.

This product has a very pleasant taste and appears to do as it describes. My Son likes it and takes it to work with him, He feels a boost of energy and takes it in the afternoon when most of us feel that afternoon lag. I will be ordering more.

Works great, i take metformin for blood sugar. (which has been shown to cause low B12) I use early AM before anything else. Brought my B12 up where it should be.

Good stuff but over priced. Didn't last long and didn't boost energy.

I like that it’s liquid, so it’s easy to take and absorbs well. The taste is actually not bad, which helps with consistency. I’ve noticed better energy when I stay on it, especially during stressful weeks. Definitely something I plan on keeping in my routine.
