UPDATE 12-04-2026 : After 1.5 years almost I would like to say that this smart switch is highly recommended. This is one of the top smart switches that hasn't failed once. There were other smart devices that I simply unplugged and locked it away because of the problems they caused. However this AZIOT device did not disappoint even once. I've now bought second one and planning to add more in future. Pros : 1. Easy installation 2. Simple setup 3. Extremely reliable 4. Smooth integration with Alexa and routines. You forget completely about home automation after sometime because routines work 24x7 exactly as programmed. 5. Install, setup and completely forget. 6. Compact size. 7. Great app support. Cons : 1. Turn off entire house power supply to reset (Faced this only once in 1.5 years due to power supply issues). Device was unresponsive to both physical and app switching. it's not expected under regular use considering that day power supply issues caused other devices to burn motherboards. 2. Wires are too thin. It might be to keep the clutter minimum but for me it was an issue considering my switchboard was large with 14 switches and it was difficult to wire 4 switches using thin small wires. Overall I highly appreciate AZIOT brand for bringing out high quality reliable device. I am certainly considering other products from same brand. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It was extremely easy to install, setup and use. I have loads of smart devices at home but this was the easiest setup. Best part it worked immediately. No struggle no complications. I would highly recommend. Although the size fit inside my electrical board the provided wires were too thin and wouldn't fix to switches. I had to use strands of thicker wires to fit the input wires. Wire size needs to be big.

I recently installed the Aziot 4 Node Smart Switch and overall I’m satisfied with the product. The build quality feels very solid and heavy, which gives a premium and durable feel. Installation and setup were smooth. Connecting to WiFi and the mobile app was easy, and it works perfectly both manually and through the phone. I haven’t faced any connection issues so far, and the response time is good. However, there are a couple of things to note. The manual control wire provided is quite thin and not copper, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the module itself is slightly thick. If your electrical box does not have enough space, you might face difficulty fitting it inside. I had this issue because the back side of my Ancor Penta switches is long, which made it hard to close the box properly. To solve it, I adjusted the placement and used a small empty area inside the box where there was no switch. After that, everything fit properly. Overall, it’s a good product with solid performance, but make sure your switch box has enough depth before buying. I don't have alexa so I haven't use with voice commands yet, but I will try with Google Assistant Rating: 4/5

5 stars to Azoit, kudos on making a excellent product. Very simple to connect. Very usefull product especially for me to turn on lights in my garden and gate lights in my farm miles away. Will try out these switches for another 6-7 months before i integrate them in my farm to control other farm equipment. I would suggest Azoit to work on the price of the product without compromising the quality.

In March 2026, it stopped working I reached out to the Aziot team, and they were absolutely fantastic. They reviewed the issue, asked me to share a video of the problem, and then promptly guided me to solve the problem . The setup is a breeze, and driving the automation using my phone is simply awesome. Everyone who comes to my house is amazed by the fact that I can control the lights and switches using my phone. It's truly impressive and has made my home smarter

Good product, first I installed 2 node switch on trial basis. I faced some issue and it was fixed with the help of customer service, .. Customer care support is very prompt and very helpful, I procured 4 node switch and installed by own and working perfectly..

Product works very well. It a great addition to make smart room in budget. Easily converted from traditional switches to Smart Switches.

⭐ 1 Star – Unreliable and Frustrating Experience (Electrical Engineer’s Review) I’m an electrical engineer and purchased the Aziot 4-Node Smart Switch expecting a reliable and functional solution for smart home automation. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating, despite spending hours testing and debugging with proper tools and setup. 🔌 Setup & Installation: The hardware looks decent on the outside. Installation was done professionally with proper wiring, including neutral. Wi-Fi router was placed just 10 cm away from the device — full signal strength confirmed. Connected to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with DHCP reservation and minimal network congestion. ❗ Major Issues Faced: Device randomly goes into a hang state — it stops responding both via the app and physical buttons. Only a manual power cycle recovers it temporarily. In the Smart Life app, it frequently shows as offline, despite excellent Wi-Fi conditions. Even with minimal or no load, the issue persists — I tested it with LED bulbs, resistive loads, and even BLDC fans (which draw very stable, electronically controlled loads) also avoided inductive load. No external regulator was connected. All tests were done under safe and recommended conditions. Tried factory resets, reconfiguration, and multiple reinstallation attempts. Nothing helped. 🛠 Troubleshooting Done: Used static IP / DHCP reservation. Switched Wi-Fi channels to avoid interference. Disabled AP isolation and ensured proper router configuration. Updated app and ensured firmware was latest (if available). Verified power stability using alternate adapters and cables. Despite all of this, the device continues to fail unpredictably. The inconsistency makes it completely unreliable for daily use. ⚙️ Technical Observations: The issue seems to stem from either poor firmware implementation or a weak onboard microcontroller that cannot handle long-term operation or real-world power/load conditions. It lacks local fallback or stability handling — making it overly dependent on cloud responsiveness. No logs or proper debugging support available for end users. 📉 Final Verdict: The concept is great, but execution is poor. As someone with a technical background, I would not recommend this switch for any critical or even casual smart home use. It may work initially, but the reliability drops quickly, and constant offline issues make it unusable. Spend a bit more and go for better alternatives like Smarteefi, Sonoff, or an ESP-based solution with local control. Your time and peace of mind are worth more. Rating: 1/5 Summary: Unreliable, unstable, and not suitable for real-world smart home usage. Needs major firmware and hardware improvements.
