I'm so delighted with my new keybox! It's exceptionally sturdy and very easy to install and set up. The keypad works great and just a really professional way to keep track of all my keys in one secure place. The only slight negative is that you can't really store 48 keys and still be able to see the tags. Probably store 30-40 keys efficiently. Also the key chute is a nice idea but if you have tags on the key it will likely not fit.All in all this is a top quality keybox and I highly recommend it!

This was a replacement key safe I was very happy with our original one so want to buy the same make again

Good safe, but couple of issues:1. Wish they'd come up with a better way of securing the key holders as they're prone to falling off when removing keys if they get caught which then spills all your keys into the bottom of the safe - in the end, I put a dab of hot glue on the end of each of my key holding bars and they haven't fallen out since.2. As is typical with most of these types of safes, after a number of years, the plastic membrane covering the keys goes brittle and starts to spilt. I wish they'd make these available to purchase as spares.

Very good product easy to use

Though this item was purchased for use in a busy office environment, wherein personnel would be accessing the safe regularly and at all hours. Initially the purchase appeared secure and utilitarian, with the side slot for dropping keys inside being of use for those members of staff without access to the safe itself. However, there is a rather serious issue with the battery compartment that quickly became apparent. The plastic flap that secures the batteries in place is flimsy and not especially well secured, added to the rather tight fit for the 4 AA batteries, and all it takes is the door being closed too harshly and the batteries will pop out, resulting in a unnecessary rush for the emergency key and a passcode reset. We have resorted to taping the battery cover closed to avoid this situation, something that could have been easily avoided had the cover been more secure (maybe simply through the use of a screw to hold it in place.Overall I cannot recommend this safe for a busy office, it may be practicable for infrequent use, but unlocking and resetting has made this a unsuitable item for us.

v good safe, I could not find one smaller (I don't have that many keys in my house) which would have been better, generally pleased.

The use of quality materials and the initial weight of this unit assure me that it is fit for the job, all be it in the home environment.Fitting was simple as it came with all necessary bolts and certainly enough key tags and some to comfortably accommodate the house, two cars with spares and the essential work security keys.Nice to have everything in one place for a change and not lost in several draws, pots or "safe" areas around the house that you can never find when you have to. Certainly do not keep my car keys on the stairs anymore.The electronic lock was the only way to go particularly as I did not want yet another key to lose. The code is easily changed from 3 to 8 digits for extra security.
