I have been using this product for about 5 months. I am an active person and I was already losing weight, but after taking these, I saw my weight fall off a lot faster and saw the inches melt away. I am now down 2 pant sizes. I have plenty of energy without the jitters, nausea and side effects. The only negative side effect can sometimes be dry mouth. However, drinking plenty of water fixes that. I do also watch my diet and food intake. All of this combined, I have been satisfied with my progress. I can definitely tell when I do not take them, but I would not say they are addictive. I am just a little less focused and tire more easily toward the end of the day. I do not take two a day. One works for me. I would also say you will #2 in the bathroom more while taking this. Not diarhea, just more regular # 2's. Which was great for me as I suffer from IBS and can be very irregular. They can cause heartburn at first. Again, drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet. That also went away after taking them awhile. Start off taking one and go from there.

I use this when I need to drop about 20 lbs. i started using this in 2016, and everytime I use it I drop the weight, without the jitters. I love this product.

They haven't helped at all unless you are looking for a caffeine kick.

Works good, gives good energy. I use it only maybe 2x a week on those days I need to get going. Does the trick after about 45 min feel good.

I use lean fire when I need help with appetite suppresssion and weight loss. The pros are that it does help me bring my weight down. The cons are it makes me a little gittery and anxious. I have used other supplements that was waaayy worse. Overall it is great and I recommend it to family and friends.
