Replacement for Samsung TV Remote,Universal for Samsung Smart TV Remote Controls,with Teletext Button

Thus unit is advertised as working with all Samsung TV's, I'm here to tell you this is incorrect. I sent this to my 83 year old Mum and told her that she only needed to add batteries and it will work out of the box (sellers guarantee). Mum did as instructed and all she got was "no signal, no signal" each time she tried to run up the channels!! I contacted the seller to ask for a solution....this us what they told me.. If there is a streaming stick or DVD attached to the TV it will interfere with the signal and the unit will not function!!! Have you heard anything like this in your life....no, neither have I. They offered to send another unit if there was no DVD or streaming stick attached to Mum's TV......well Mum is intending to buy a DVD player so, NO, a replacement wouldn't be any good..... I cannot believe in this day of great technology you have a supplier stating that their unit doesn't work if a DVD or streaming stick is added to a TV, well HELLO! The unit doesn't work on all Samsung TV's as claimed, even those without a DVD or Streaming stick attached..... Time to update your listing DON'T YOU THINK!!

Great replacement remote. Works perfectly. Easy set up. Point and go!

Just using for the first evening and quite happy. Put fresh batteries and its added itself to the lg tv, works perfectly. Hope it will last a long time

I found the remote confusing to setup at first. But after several failed attempts i got it partially working on my Toshiba Smart TV. The Instructions come with a massive list of 4 digit codes you tap into the remote for your specific device. On a tiny sheet of paper i might add. In the end i had over 40 numbers to try and about 10 of those worked. I could turn the TV on and off, change the volume and channel and the numbers worked. Every other button didn't work. So i dont have access to any menus, tv guide, setup ect on the tv. It's made my tv usable now, because it doesnt have any manual controls, so in that respect it was worth getting but in hindsight, i should have searched for and bought the specific remote for my specific model of tv. I advise you to do the same. Hope my experience helps someone.

It works, almost good. A big issue is a constant notification on the TV alerting that the batteries are low. Obviously, I've replaced the batteries after I saw it for the first time. Then, I noticed that, after not touching the remote for a couple of hours, the notification always comes back to the screen when I press a key on the remote. The only way to use it is to disconnect the Bluetooth function... Pointless.

Feels cheap compared to the real remote. Light plastic and spongy feel on the buttons. Great replacement as it functions well.

Does the job fantastically, our old remote was failing to do its job but this this brings TV control do another level, with the magic remote I can down use the cursor on the tv which makes things a hell of a lot easier would highly recommend the buttons feel more tactile and feels like I’m actually clicking the button the curvature of the remote as it feels in your hand is comfortable and the sleek glossy design fits in with my home aesthetic.

Basic functions work only - no microphone use & no laser selection. The buttons seem to work for the most however do require to be pressed multiple times to get a response - it is a bit hit and miss whether the buttons work straight away. Overall a fine budget replacement and does the basic job of changing channels and volume.
