The fingerprint spot is annoying

The case protects the whole phone very well, but the screen cover is poor. The touch screen doesn't work properly. Have to press several times especially at the top, bottom and corners of the phone. Swiping up from the bottom of the screen, or swiping down from the top of the screen is near impossible. Constantly have clean the screen cover due to finger prints marks. (See pics)Would have sent it back but threw away the box.

The media could not be loaded.  Cool transparent case that completely encloses your phone for extra protection. It fits the Samsung Galaxy S23 phone only. U will need to remove any screen protector u have on your phone before u put your phone inside this case, as the case has built-in screen protection. There are full instructions for fitting & it explains how to re-scan your fingerprints, as u will need to do that after fitting your phone in the case, so u can still use fingerprint recognition to unlock your phone. The touch screen features of your phone will also still work when in the case. The cut-outs around the case allow u to use all the buttons & plug in your charger cable or u can use the wireless charging function without needing to take your phone out of the case. There are collision proof corners & a bumper all around the edges to provide shock protection. Along the sides of the case are ridges in the silicone to give u extra grip to prevent your phone being accidentally dropped. The built-in screen protector will give more protection to your screen against scratches & external impacts. It includes a tempered glass protector to apply to the camera lens of your phone & it has a raised lip to stop the lens getting scratched. This phone case will fully encase your phone to give it the best protection from damage.

The phone cover works well if you want the cover to protect your phone in a work industry. Scratches have marked the protective screen after 1 week but the item has not been exposed to anything that can harm it, so a little surprised. The phone will not charge wirelessly while in its case hence only 3 star rating. If you want a cover for lightweight use, pass this one by. If you want heavy duty protection, but do not mind taking out the phone from its case for wireless charging, then this case could be ok for you. The choice is yours.

I always like a full case for my phone, especially when it's a new phone.This case is great, full protection with screen protector built in and camera protection. Fingerprint is a little temperamental but works 98% of the time.Not too bulky or heavy, which is good for a full protection case.

Item is overall is good, a bit difficult to use whilst gaming, the warranty card does not work tried to claim it but it says my ID was not recognised but I literally copied and pasted it.

Say tempered glass, the screen is plastic. Also never came with the camera protector. It will do till get a better quality one, guess get what you pay for. The ring attached is good though.
