Great Toy
My daughter is Elmo obsessed and absolutely loves this! It's helped me through many walks and shopping trips as it keeps her entertained for quite a while.

This is so cute and much loved. The funny part is at the start she was swiping it up to get it to make noise. Now days she has it sorted. Gets hours and hours out of it. A simple toy but so cute.

Disappointing Birthday Gift
Faulty and very poor quality. We bought this for my two year old's birthday, put the batteries in two days previously and it was fine. A few hours after being opened and used, there were issues (buttons not responding, responding to the wrong number) and soon it gave up completely. We tried fresh batteries and several numbers are not working, others are playing the wrong sound. The toy wasn't thrown or dropped from a height and was not damaged by accident. Unfortunately we are past the return date because we bought it in advance, knowing that our daughter would love it so we are honestly gutted.

This "SESAME STREET Learn with Elmo Pretend Play Phone" is so cute and just perfect for my friends 18-month-old little girl. She is fascinated with all of the cell phones and hope this will take her attention from them somewhat. I was happy that it comes already full of batteries as I thought I needed them. It comes in a box and ready to go! I played around with it a little and sounds great. Not too loud and not to quiet. It can be a learning tool but most likely just a distraction and toy. Nice toy phone!

It is a bit quiet which I suppose is a good thing but it took her longer to take to it because she couldn’t hear it well away from her ear. Now she’s obsessed.

When we bought this, we really did not expect any baby to like it. Right after we got this, we got a little guy and he took to it immediately. This became his favorite toy, he plays with it so much that we know everything elmo says almost all by heart. Its not super loud either, which is a relief. Most talking toys are and then don't have a volume button. You can turn him off if you need to though. It is also pretty durable as it has been dropped from just about everything the toddler climbs on and still works. Its easy for him to hold even with one hand and carry around the house.
