Naturally Beautiful Primer Water
This primer water from Wet n wild is a winner! I'm wearing this under my makeup, and the benefits are simply wonderful. I first applied spf moisturizer, and then applied a dime-sized amount of the primer water, and then my foundation. It's important to let the primer water set for about one minute before applying makeup. The primer water has made a super difference. It adds a silky base without being heavy or sticky. My makeup lasts longer and it helps to smooth fine lines and creases. There's no fragrance, which is perfect for sensitive skin. The texture of the primer water is light, and feels like a serum. It's very hydrating, smooth, and provides a wonderful and beautiful base for makeup that lasts all day!

A great primer
This primer is pretty good I have it under my make up and I'm 51 so I will be using this primer it helps smooth the foundation on my face and blends well. The photo is unfiltered

Good buy
I gave this to a friend who has never even heard of a primer. She tried this as instructed. Waited a couple of minutes before applying foundation. She couldn't believe the difference. Said her foundation went on smoother. Lasted longer. Said she loves the other e.l.f. products I've given her. She can afford them, too. Good job, e.l.f..

STINKS, THERES A LABEL ON TOP OF AN LABEL ,
DOESNT COME SEALED. has a real odd smell, there’s a label slapped on top of the other label. I wouldn’t trust using this.

This a straight up dupe for Mac prep and prime
Straight up dupe for Mac prep and prime. To the point I transfered it to a sprayer and I use it before applying my makeup and my makeup is fresh all day long. Product lasts forever and works really well to prime and prevent creasing.

Stays put
I am using this for my under-eyes and T-Zone. I was a little skeptical about this primer being silicone free, but it works. There is still a tackiness to my skin after use. Makeup is still smooth hours later. Because this is a liquid, I suspect it will last me quite a while. I have thin skin and oily under-eyes, so I am happy to have found a moisturizing and easier to clean (silicone free) product for that delicate area.
