Regular pasta was making me queasy so I had to quit and i LOVE pasta and spaghetti! Then I found this... it doesn't make me sick, no bloated feeling after eating, and it took only one meal to get used to it. The noodles take on whatever flavor cooked with it so it's fabulous! If i could take away half a star: it is IMPOSSIBLE to cut before cooking and it comes in LONG out of the bag. I tried everything from knives to garden shears to a pair of wire cutters... nothing will cut this stuff! Until it's cooked then it is easily cut and delicious. I just cook the whole bag and store the rest in the fridge. So far keeping it in the fridge up to 2 weeks seems fine- longer than that it should be stored in the freezer. UPDATE: now this comes in easily separated and tied up serving sizes in the big bag. Easier to make just what you need. I was fine with whatever they do but this new portion package is great! Update Oct 2019: Came in the HUGE portion again! Oo well.... just a bit more convenient in smaller bits... back to freezing and fridging the large portions!

I never run out of this noodles. I call it , Party size, because of the size; and I do use this when I go to a big family eating gathering. One of the best qualities of noodles.

I didn't expect to have a large package and have to break apart a serving size. I love the noodles so I still give this a 4 star.
