Way better value than overpriced Costco vitamin D3. I like all the Vitamatic line of products. This delivers the strength I need at a good price. From my research, the 10K IU dosage (2 pills) is the right amount to take esp if you live where the sun is weak or in winter. Be sure to take Vit K2 (MK7 type not MK4 type) at 100 mcg per every 10,000 IU of Vit D3. A bit higher at 200 mcg is also fine. Vit K2 prevents free floating calcium in your body that could settle on arteries, heart, kidney stones, bladder stones, but instead directs the calcium to making strong bones. You may also want to add Magnesium Glycinate (400 - 800 mg nightly) and Zinc Picolinate 50 mg max nightly to your mix for best bone health. These forms are best absorbed and I find them cheaper on Amazon than Costco. This package of D3, K2, Mag, Zinc is essential for most adults to make strong bones and direct where the calcium deposits. Best to get your calcium naturally from diary, eggs, leafy greens rather than supplements in the long term. Ditto for most supplements but hard to do for most.
