Lap top is amazing & works well. Touch sensitivity and speed is also good. Only issue is slight heating

Essentially an overpriced laptop given its specifications. Asus provides far better value for money specifications and product. In present times of 2.8k, 3k & 4k resolution displays, the display given by Samsung for this model is, FHD. Consequently, the media content as well the text, are not sharp. To get higher resolution displays, we have to shell out more money in terms of a pro model. A totally no value for money and exorbitantly priced. The S-pen on Samsung book does not work as fluently and smoothly as on their tablets. Hope Samsung through an update makes it better. Mind you the product is not bad. it certainly is good looking, sleek, light weight, well built too but not, top notch specs for the asking price. Thereby, no value for money. For this price range, LG's gram is an excellent alternative except for two things. it is non-touch and is not 2-in-1. That leaves only one option, Asus 2023 flip model or the Asus S model. Now coming to the product again, its packing is a big disappointment too. In the name of environment friendly, sustainability and other similar jargon or BS, Samsung is simply providing trash while making good money. I purchased their Flip 5 recently, big disappointment with the packing and the contents in there too. No charger, no protective case. Learn from Oneplus. Do not simply copy Apple which is another not value for money. I earnestly hope my candid feedback benefits potential buyer and Samsung also takes note and do something positively towards making the S-pen work butter smooth like on their tablets and bring down the price too.

What could be better 1. Build - feels brittle and I am worried that it will break any time 2. Sound - with dolby on it still feels bad 3. Trackpad and Touchscreen - sensitive is poor, too many false positive clicks, its irritating. What's good: 1. pen - love to use it for taking notes 2. Battery life is good 3. Keyboard

"Features are great, but questionable material quality and reliability make this product hard to justify its hefty price tag of almost 1 Lakh. I've taken extra precautions to protect the laptop, investing in an expensive bag with good cushions and handling it with care during use and transport. Despite this, one morning I was shocked to find the screen cracked, resembling a mobile phone screen after a drop. While I can't pinpoint the exact cause, I suspect that the laptop charger, kept alongside the laptop in the same bag, might have caused the damage from an external impact. This incident highlights the laptop's fragility, and it's disappointing to realize that it couldn't withstand minor bumps and knocks despite my careful handling. The overall build quality leaves much to be desired. Moreover, my hopes of seamless customer service from Samsung were shattered when I tried to get the laptop repaired. Despite having high expectations due to the brand's reputation and presence in Delhi, all service centers I contacted refused to repair laptops. This lack of support adds to the frustration of owning an expensive Samsung product. Unfortunately, this experience is not isolated as I had a similar issue with my Galaxy Tab S3. As a result, I'm now reluctant to invest in any more expensive Samsung products in the future. In conclusion, while the product boasts impressive features, the subpar material quality, lack of durability, and disappointing customer service make it hard for me to recommend this laptop at its current price. Potential buyers should consider these drawbacks before making a purchase decision."

Everything is excellent except that it doesn't have Google Play store which is something i was expecting.

Value for money in this price range and it is multitasking product. Display quality and performance are superb. Buy it in offer time
