Q: how thick is this? can I cut it by regular household scissors?

0.032 inches or 0.81mm (Example a dime measures 0.049 inches or 1.29mm)can I cut it by regular household scissors? NOCuts easily with tin snips.

Q: Title says 0.032" thick and specifications says 0.32" thickness. Which one is it?

It’s somewhere between 1and 2 millimeters thick as best I can determine—maybe closer to 2 mm. I don’t have any rulers that divide inches into subdivisions of tens, but in inches, the thickness seems to be a hair over 2/32 inch.

Q: Would this be suitable for covering a wooden model airplane? Would have to be able to easily bend and retain shape.

It would bend, though not that easily, and retain shape, but at 0.064" thickness may be a bit too heavy if the airplane is meant to actually fly. You might prefer the K&S 0.032" sheets of the same dimension. It's a bit cheaper, too.
