Part of the decorations for my Mom’s 80th. Comes in a 2-pack. One had the number and the other was a generic bday message. Looked great!Thin, satiny material but not cheap-looking at all. They have a thin wooden spindle at the the top with a string to help hang and balance. Loved them, and you will too!
