Marshall Ferret Super Thru-Way, Small Breeds

Used these tubes for years both for home and during my businesses, the ferrets love them and they give hours if entertainment watching them go through, even whilst working the public love seeing them and they last long whilst not fading or looking old, price is good, size is good and quality is good

I bought this when it was on offer last October. It arrived quite quickly to the UK so well in time for Christmas. I bought one of these about 10 years ago and it lasted really well, in fact I still have half of it left! I had had to cut it down over the years due to wear and tear and duct tape a few spots, so when I saw this I decided it was time to get a new one. It comes in a small box but don't worry it stretches right out. You may have to give it a good stretch a few times before it stays at full length. It does come with a smell.. a plastic like aroma that my Furballs didn't like one bit, however the smell disappears after a couple of days and they were soon chasing each other through it and having a Ferret good time. The quality of it seems pretty much the same as their old one so I'm hoping this one will last just as long. I used to clean the old one every 6 months or so by letting it soak in the bath with hot soapy water then swishing it about a bit.. Not the easiest to keep clean that's for sure but the outside at least is easy to rub down with a sponge, then just hang it over a door or such to dry. Time will tell if this one holds up for as long. All in all I am very happy... but most importantly the Fuzzies love it.. >'o'<

Good quality as it is transparent I'm able to see them running inside. Be aware the space is no great. Just for small and slim ferrets.

Whilst the ferrets love it I wasn't sure about the very strong smell (it was worse than the ferrets)! I'm hoping this will fade with time. After buying I realised it was just like a tumble dryer vent which you can get from most DIY stores although I'm not sure stores sell clear ones. I have attached mine to a white tumble dryer vent I had spare to give twice the distance.

My ferrets absolutely love this but i do think it's a little expensive seeing as how we only had a year's worth of use out of the last one. However, it didn't stop me buying another one when the time came!

I've had these tunnels delivered on 5th Aug, delivery time was quite long. I liked the fact that they were clear so we could see our ferrets running through them, that's the pro part. We've not even had these a month, and already our ferrets have bitten through them. These most certainly aren't ferret proof. Ample size for your ferrets to run through, but they will not last and are very expensive

My ratties love this. They would love it just as much if it were a tube from a dryer (which would be less than a fiver) but then I wouldn't be able to watch them. They would give it 5*, I'm demoting it for the ridiculous price (+P&P!!!). It is a bit flimsier than a dryer tube would be, but they are so happy with it, and although another reviewer said they couldn't hang it up as the ferrets were too heavy, my fatso rat and his little brother don't weigh too much for it! They also love sleeping in it and chasing each other when I've knotted it up etc. (And I want to watch!) I'm taking 1.5* off because it is ludicrously overpriced. (Plus, when you wash it, as sometimes boy ratties can't be bothered to get up!) it takes ages to dry, but that would be the case with any length of tubing!). I'm taking half a star for the lack of hooks/clips on it. If you want to hang it, you end up puncturing the tube for hooks or finding really long zip ties. If it were about £7-8 fair enough, but at about £25, you don't want to be faffing around just to hang it up for a week or two.
