I cannot recommend this product highly enough - if you have aching or tired/sensitive feet these insoles are perfect. They are medical grade used in the making of orthotics for shoes and are just so comfortable and kind to your feet.

Brilliant...
Excellent insoles... not too thick, but very good density for comfort in my shoes for my problem feet.

Work as advertised....nearly.
I use them in hard-soled midweight hiking-boots (Scarpa Zodiac Mid). They provide a softer ride with every step, still giving a firm feeling, not a squishy/swampy one. I cannot comment on longevity and durability, but after about 30km of use they show no signs of wear and tear and no degradation of cushioning. They are about 2mm thick and do not take up much space under your regular insole. I would not recommend using them as your only insole, because they do not absorb any moisture and are just flat, without any foot-supporting contours. Why just 4 stars, not five? Because of their narrow shape (see photo) - 9cm wide in the foot-ball's area and 7cm in the heel-area. They are advertised for use in outdoor footware but better suit formal business-shoes. They come in size 47 (UK12). If you wear smaller sizes you can easily customize them, cutting them with scissors, and they will still be broad enough for wider outdoor-footware. But if you wear a size 47 like me there is nothing left to customize. They either suit your boots or they don't. In my case they work just so...A broader shape would allow customization for footsizes 47 or even above, making them usable for many more people and suitable to more footshapes. Hope this is useful.(I apologize for any mistakes in spelling and writing - English isn't my mother-tongue.)

Really helps.
I ordered the yellow high impact insoles as I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my feet a year ago. The soles and balls of my feet regularly cause me excruciating pain and sometimes find it hard to walk. I'm a Prison Officer and spend 13hr shifts on my feet and the product really, really helps. I've tried the cheap ones and they simply don't work, the ones I have are really thin and don't take up much room in the boots but the amount of cushioning they give is brilliant!!

Rubbish and pointless
I bought the green ones and they are just a really, really thin layer of poron and that's it. You couldn't use these as insoles by themselves but on top of another pair of insoles they might be fine. Definitely not shock absorbing. They are just really thin pieces of rubber foam. I wanted them to protect the ball of my foot as I have foot problems but they do absolutely nothing on their own.

Three Stars
Ok do the job. But pricey considering what you can buy a whole sheet of poron for

Don't expect any long term use.
Comfortable but tore and wore very quickly. So not great value for that reason.
