Does what it supposed to do quite a close shave it quite flimsy to use though!Not as good as my previous flawless.Easy to use and handy handbag size to use on the go!Should b cheaper to buy.

When it charged it worked well,but now it wont charge and is uselessI was very surprised to recieve a message today offering a refund for the faulty item. I had tried to do a refund and it wouldnt let me. However the company reached out to offer the refund and i accepted. I thought this was very nice of them. When the shaver worked it did a great job ,catching all the fine hairs , i would consider buying again . The razor works really well and gently. I also like the fact that it is rechargeable.

We love how easy this is to use and charge but it does not remove all the hair because the blades are not that sharp. I would say it's good for very small hairs but struggles around the lip area.
