Galt World Map 50 Piece Magic Childrens Jigsaw Puzzle

Love this puzzle. Bought for 3 year old who is very good at puzzles and I think will last a few years of play. As other reviews have stated it is quite hard to get the black bits to show the pictures - we use a wheat bag heated up which did work with much less effort than rubbing the areas. We've bought other big galt puzzles when our child was younger and really liked the pictures and quality and this was just as good but smaller pieces suitable to older children.

Have spent many nice family evenings doing this puzzle. Well made and the heat up elements add an extra bit of interest when it's completed. Also good to discuss the world and the different places and cultures. Our 2 year old can do this alone so not sure an 8 year old would find it challenging enough.

The actual jigsaw itself was fun to put together with my daughter and the illustrations are fantastic, so many little things to catch your eye. However, as others have mentioned, the hidden images are very poor, we spent ages rubbing them and nothing showed up. Will try using a hairdryer and see if that works

Lovely puzzle. Ideal for 4 year old that I purchased it for. Have to rub the black areas for a while before hidden picture is revealed but he persevered and loved it

Good quality but not easy for seeing the hidden pictures - you had to rub for ages for picture to appear and by that time my niece was bored and went off to do something else. Concept is great but you would be shattered if you wanted to see all the hidden pictures

For Christmas for our 3to grandson. He really loved doing tbese. Has the set of now.

This has been bought as a Christmas present, therefore not opened yet. I think the colourful design and large pieces will appeal to my grandson.

Well received by the 4yr old it was brought for, kids enjoyed putting it together and playing right away.
