Great all purpose seasoning. It’s very potent, so it should be tested first for how much salt you want in your dish. Its umami effect is great for savory applications. Does not taste like mushrooms. I appreciate there is no sugar, which SO many seasonings contain 👍🏼 Highly recommended seasoning, especially if you want the effect of msg without the msg.

This adds a unique flavor to every dish without tasting too salty

If you make homemade Asian soups, this seasoning is a must. We use about a teaspoon for four cups of water or broth in the last 10 minutes of cooking time and it wows every time. Definitely a quality product that we'll keep buying.

This blend has a nice strong mushroom flavor without all the additives. it's my go to choice

I give this wonderful flavor bomb 4 stars for the amount of sodium. I could use less. I dehydrate various mushrooms, grind them and mix them with the seasoning. I end up with twice as much umami essence. It adds delicious exotic charcter to many dishes. It is great to use in broths, soups, stews as well as eggs, stir frys and veggie dishes. It is like bay leaves in that, you know when it is not in the dish.
