Why did you choose this product over others?: Don’t buy this not good quality always slip on carpet

This is a very chunky tool, - which you need when you are stretching a carpet back in place as I was. I had a quote of over a $1,000 to re-stretch my carpets as they had 'rippled' over time. It was simple to use: move the furniture to one side of the room, pull the carpet off the gripper rods at each wall, then start at one end of the room and work your way along stretching the carpet and having someone secure the carpet back on the gripper rods as you stretch with this awesome tool - to hold the carpet back in place, then repeat for the other side of the room (- having moved the furniture of course!). Highly recommend, good price and very quick delivery.

I purchased this to re stretch the carpet in my hallway and living room. It held up fine. It's not a professional model, but is a good value for what I needed.

does the same job but far cheaper. it is only meant to move carpet around not to stretch with
