Super quality table mats. They are thicker than expected and rigid so will provide good insulation for hot plates. I like the appearance of the smooth cork surface and find the size perfect for everyday use.

They're cheap, they're OK, they do the job, but they are very flimsy, might be my fault by not realising how flimsy 6mm boards would be, but they're OK for short term solution.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these for the price. Good thickness, keeps the heat off the table throughout the meal. Look good too.

Cork is great for its ability to withstand heat and I liked the simplicity of these as place mats. Good value for money - my only gripe would be that each mat is quite thin so I think they need to be handled with this in mind - I ge the impression they might snap if too much pressure applied when handling when they need a wash or if small children got hold of them. Otherwise they’re a great option for those who don’t want patterned or mats made from heavier materials such as slate.

The cork crumbles a little but every time I use this placemats, not the highest quality. And also I would hardly call them placemats if the dish is bigger than the mat, but this is probably my fault for not checking the dimensions before buying.

I have already left a review for the round versions of these cork mats, and as these are exactly the same product, but oblong versions, I will just copy and paste my other review here, as follows: We have had cork mats for more than 20 years and the time finally came to replace them. They were still perfectly intact after all that time, but years of use were starting to make them look a bit dirty. So after much research we bought these new mats and are very impressed with them. The cork has a real dense and solid feel about it and the mats are adequately thick, so I highly recommend these if you are looking for new table mats.

Tolle Untersetzer aus Kork. Kann man vielseitig als Unterlage/Untersetzer verwenden. Bin sehr zufrieden damit. Größe ist auch ideal.

La qualité semble bonne. Belle apparence, épaisseur parfaite ... mais, mais ils sont vraiment trop petits (20x28) pour des "européens", nous avons l'habitude d'avoir des sets de table de format 30x40. Peut-être que parce qu'en Chine on mange le plus souvent dans des bols, ici une assiette (phi 28 cm) couvre plus que le set. A conserver pour le jour où l'on finira par manger chinois...

Les sets de table sont trop petits a mon gout .on peut juste mettre une assiette et coincé les couverts .ne parlons pas du verre . déçu 😟
