I had first tried this product through a friend of mine who is a frequent marathon runner. He gave me one of those single-serve sachet for the strawberry-lime flavor. I decided to give this a try right before starting my long distance run at the beach. First things first, mixed this with 16oz of cold water in my shaker cup, and the taste is absolutely delicious. If you like electrolyte drinks, this will definitely suit your taste buds. The best part is, I was able to jog(not run) for 7 miles straight on the beach without stopping for air or my legs muscles a break. No cramps, no fatigue. Mind you, I haven't done a 3+ mile run in decades, so reaching for 7 miles is a drastic difference! Also, one thing to note is that I'm already in relatively decent shape by maintaining strength and cardio routine 3x a week(not elite athlete although I'd want to be), so having a foundation of good physical fitness will really help you push your workouts even further. I decided to buy this 15-serving tub because I really wanted to drive back to the beach and run even further after taking this supplement. So I did just that. This second time, I ran for a total of 9.5 miles without stopping. I'm telling you, if you're anticipating a really long workout that is both physically and mentally taxing, this product will give you the leg up(no pun intended). I also learned from this experience that caffeine from energy drinks/coffee isn't the answer for an intense long cardio session, but for resistance and strength training workouts it is. For cardio workouts where you will be pushed to your absolute heart rate limit, carbs and electrolytes will do the better job. It is only 15 servings for about $39, which can be a bit pricey. Therefore, I recommend taking this ONLY if you anticipate a long intense workout session that will challenge your cardio through a range of activities. This product absolutely works, and I'm amazed by it!

As a 50-something post-menopausal female who trains heavy 3 to 5 days per week, this is my go to when training at the gym, working outside in the heat, or just wanting some extra aminos to keep my body feeling great. It is also one of the only amino drinks out there that doesn’t taste like you are drinking liquid candy. I use Momentous for the majority of my supplements. It’s nice to be able to purchase on Amazon when I’ve used more than my usual and can’t wait for my Momentous subscription delivery.

I was an ultra runner for many years, and have tried and used many sports drinks. This is, by far, the worst one I have used. The taste is nasty and leaves you feeling thirsty . What upsets me the most is I paid almost $40 for 15 servings.

Too much packaging. I specifically ordered the 15 servings bag over the individual packets and received a bag with 15 individual packets. I really like the taste and feel good when I use Fuel, but wish Mo.entous would come up with a more sustainable packaging solution.

This is one of the best hydration products that I have tried. Great flavor
