This item is for Home use in making Snow cones (Buy the Syrup you need), better for Halo Halo, as the ground ice is finer than Manual Ice Crushers, Good for Fast Coolness for Beverages (Ensure proper mixture - not too much water before adding crushed ice, as the ice melts very fast), good for Caffe Latte. Warning: This Product is only 50Hz! it would have been 5 stars, but since it should have been 50Hz/60Hz because it is made in China. They skimped on some parts. Other Specs: 180 watts, 220 V.You have to take care of the Blade! Cover it with dry cloth when not in use. When the blade gets dull, it would too tedious to sharpen it again.
