helpful
I enjoyed this. It had some good activities at the beginning that helps bring clarity into the overwhelming task of journaling.

Loved it
Gave it as a gift to my INTJ husband not sure of what to expect--he loved it! I'm talking a big burly dude with a beard who thinks way too much about everything. He thought it was funny, clever, and insightful. No complaints, only good things to say about this journal. I'd love one for an ENFP!

Recommended workbook for all those who use the cognitive-behavioural psychological therapy model
This workbook is a tool. It is not a book. Something that may not be clear to some with the title "The INTJ Journal" but, leaving that aside, it is an ideal and recommended workbook for all those who use the cognitive-behavioural psychological therapy model, especially for those who attend such therapies, because it not only does contain lines for the self-knowledge writing work, but at the beginning it contains a section with a table of values, so that you can recognize your base values. Also, scattered around the book, there are bits of evaluation tools that allow you to reconsider your writing. Very useful as a self-knowledge tool.

Tool of Discovery!
I reviewed an electronic version of this journal, so I can't speak to the paper version quality, etc.. I found this journal to be a good blend of "low content" book, coupled with great prompts (and some jokes) related to the personality type in the title. The purpose is to help people discover what makes them tick. The book is taking one of the 16 personality types and makes a journal that is filled out so that you can focus on your strengths and address any weakness you may feel that you have. If you don't know your personality type, pop over to the author's web page and there are resource materials listed so that you can take a test to find out.

Great for evaluating emotions
This journal is interesting and provides consistent motivation throughout its pages. Its imaginative approach offers thoughtful prompts that aid in introspectively evaluating emotions, resilience, aspirations, and direction. Abundant space and numerous pages invite the unrestricted flow of thoughts, encompassing personal reflections, ambitions, dreams, and diverse ideas. Engaging, innovative, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Author Seems Caring & Helpful
In a journal for a specific audience, I expected a bit more guidance on what to write. I find that to be the toughest thing when trying to write a journal. There is some guidance up front (especially on Values), but not much later on. Some of the pages seem like they have too much stuff on them to be useful/helpful.That being said, the author is very encouraging, and encourages you to reach out to her if you need some more help.

Oddly amazing
I love this author's style. The informal, playful text hits the nail on the head. For INTJ personality types, this would be perfect. I suspect folks would love this as a gift as well. The varied page and prompt types are incredibly useful and will keep you busy for months. I definitely recommend it. Kudos, author!

Kein Inhalt
Dieses Buch enthält leere Seiten. Es steht nichts in diesem Buch. Es anthält leere Seiten, damit man selber den Inhalt erstellen kann. Mir ist völlig schleierhaft, wer so etwas braucht. Ich nicht.
