No office and poor quality of speakers
No license version of office is provided, no information nor any key provided or that it can be downloaded from internet.MI support team is also worst on the planet who do not know how to speak and provide a solution. They are recommending that either i need to speak with MS office or need to purchase office from outside.Speaker quality is also very poorMost of the time touchpad and biometrics doesnt work so you need to carry mouse everwhere you go. This is the worst ever laptop I have brought..Apart from it is a decent laptop

Aluminium Body, High PPI, No Bloatware.. Best bang for the buck
My requirements for the laptop are limited, since I mostly work on a desktop.. This is more than adequate.. The screen is gorgeousThe only downside is the speakers, the volume is not enough.. Please use earphones and enjoy

battery not working
