Perfect Christmas Gift
The features are great. The set up was very easy and everything was very well wrapped and instructions provided for set up. Everything was labeled properly. My son already has some games downloaded and their not lagging at at. I didn't have to purchase anything else to set this PC. It came with everything it needed. Has a Bluetooth and WIFI adapter that you put in the PC for the soundbar and the wireless headset. So far it's great!.

WORST PC EVER BUILT DO NOT BUY
Some kids must be building these. Absolute scam. Every single time I try to connect an Xbox remote it fails, even with a wired connection. Updated numerous drivers. Also started randomly shutting off and restarting while playing games. Like lame ass games too, beginner games like fortnight (no offense). My son is devastated. I should’ve purchased a new Xbox. This is not a pc. Just POS components thrown together in a case. What a great waste of a Christmas gift. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot stress more, you see that be or two negatives and a big much of positives in reviews but this machine is HORRIBLE.

This computer is great for any type of gamer!!!
I bought this computer for my daughter for her birthday. This computer looks so cool and it's really nice. It can run any game my daughter plays and it runs so smooth. The changing lights for computer, keyboard and mouse is so beautiful and it can change to any color you want. Another thing it comes with is a sound bar so she can play her music while she is playing her game.

Know what you are buying. Gaming computer? Maybe if it is Solitaire.
I bought this for my daughter so she could play Fortnite with her two brothers that I had built computers for 3 years ago. Well after getting it online and downloading all of the updates to get it current I realized that this can't be updated to Windows 11 because of the i7 processor. Again no fault of the manufacturer, but on my own ignorance I know nothing about Intel processors, but I assumed that if you are selling a gaming computer in 2023 it can handle 2023 games. I downloaded Fortnite and loaded it up excited to get her up and running. Well right off the bat I was glitching out in the lobby just waiting to get into the game. Once I was in the game it was all over, I was averaging 10 frames a second and lag like you wouldn't believe. This has a 1660TI GPU which both my boys have and have no issues getting 120+ frames so I knew it wasn't that. I pulled up Task Manager and the i7 was MAXED OUT. So I ended up buying a B550 motherboard, 3200Mhz Ram, Ryzen 5 processor and new power supply, and finally I was getting 120+ frames with no lag. So I am out almost the price I paid for this combo to make it a "Gaming Computer". There was no bait and switch here just my lack of knowledge on Intel processors and assuming that a 3 year newer PC labeled gaming PC would beat my boys old ones. Life Lesson: You still get what you pay for....

Broken computer after not even a year
I bought this product in 2024 of December for my brother as a present, it is now 2025 not even one year into having it, and it has broken down. It's stuck on the bios screen, and when I tried to fix it with all the videos, it won't even turn on. I also contacted customer support for help but they haven't picked up any of my phone calls, and I even emailed them but no answer as to how to fix their computer.

Excellent value / really good computer
I’ve had it for about a month. I was nervous about buying this online but came incredibly well packaged runs perfectly and the peripherals that came with it are really good too. My boyfriend likes it and is considering getting one for himself.

Disappointing
Since we can't get past this screen, I'd said it's been a waste of money!! Don't do it!

Faulty product.
The product started smoking then luckily the power board was shock resistant as no one got hurt. My poor autistic daughter could not play with her only present on Xmas day and this was very disappointing.
