ISpring - great company to deal with
Worked with Customer Service at iSpring to insure I had the correct filters for my RO system. Sean, Customer Svc, was very knowledgeable and provided good advice for what was needed. Since I had no prior experience changing RO filters, his expertise was invaluable. Was very helpful, and responsive when I encountered a couple of unexpected issues with my system.

What's best about this is the service advice Nick was able to give to us over the phone! Come to find out there was an issue with our tank after new filters installed that was holding up the product from being able to work properly. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue!

A Great Value With Great Technical Support
We have very hard water with a TDS level of around 450ppm, that this system knocks down to 15-20ppm. Besides great effectiveness, iSpring provides all of this at a very good price. More importantly, they provide replacement filters at a good price so that changing filters at 6 or 12 months is not a financial burden. That being said, I have found the staff at iSpring to be very helpful and very proactive in reaching out to find out if the product continues to live up expectations. Don Huie at iSpring has been a great resource as have others on the staff. Thanks for a gcreat product!

Great customer service
Bought replacement filters, and still found small black particles after one week.After contact customer service, Francis provided clear instructions and also provided replacement stage 5 filter, which solved the issue. Will buy from iSpring again.

Filters work
We love our filtered water but it is costli to change them every 6 months.

Outstanding company and support
iSpring continues to deliver with their customer base. I got my original system in 2015 and have bought many filters, added the Alkaline stage later and taste amazing. Francis with the company provided me superior customer support in sending me canisters that were reaching the end of their life to prevent further leakage. This company truly cares about their clientele and is loyal to their supporters. Thank you Francis!

Excellent Customer Service
My system is now a year old and it is time to do the second filter change. Every 6 months you change out the first three stages and then at a year you also do the stage five filter. I order the filter replacements and pulled out the instruction manual to look up on how the change out the stage five filter. The new filter looked slightly different than what was on my system. The manual told me to unscrew the connections, clean them, put Teflon tape on the threads, and then screw them back in. The new filter has quick connect push fittings. So, I figured that I needed to get these push fittings out of the filter ends. I tried digging them out and only made a bigger mess. It was late in the evening so I had to wait until the next morning to call ISpring Customer Service. The experience was great. Some of the best customer service that I have ever received. I did not have to wait on hold. Nick answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. I messed up the filter all on my own, but he told me that all of the filters now use only the push connections. He offered to send me a new filter and the connections that I needed. I will continue to buy and use products from companies like this who treat their customers well. Thanks Nick!

Great Service from iSpring Customer Support!
My water filter system was fitted a while ago now, so I thought it was about time to replace the filter cartridges. The pack I needed included an alkaline filter, but the packs that contained these were only available on Amazon in the USA. I sent a quick email to iSpring Customer Support and Richard got back to me straight away. He apologised for the packs being out of stock on Amazon UK. He suggested I order the 5-stage replacement pack and offered to send me the alkaline filter cartridge separately (and free!).I did as he suggested. The pack arrived and, a couple of days later, so did the alkaline filter. I have just fitted them and my water is even better than before. Thank you to iSpring and, especially, to Richard for his excellent customer service!

FIne filters
Fine filters, but £100 for the year's worth of supply is a stretching it.

Leaks, load of expensive rubbish
Installed all, then the carbon filter leaks!! Very frustrating as can't buy / return the one faulty part.

Excellent system
My system needed 2 remineralisation filters to get the water tasting the way I wanted it. The company supplied the extra filter for free.
