Do i put sunscreen on first or after i put the non spf oil on?

I have this and I put on sunscreen first because i tend to burn and then I applied the oil and I have to say I really like how it turned out for once my legs didn’t burn and I also got some color too!!

How long is recommended to lay out so you don’t burn?

This has no spf in it. So there's possibility you could burn. You can purchase other tanning products from them with a small spf. Or you could put Sunscreen on a little before you wear the tanning spray. How long you lay out is different for everyone depending on your skin and how sensitive you re to getting burnt
