The best toaster oven I’ve ever had!
This toaster oven is the absolute best! It’s big, looks beautiful, and cooks and or reheats everything perfectly. It comes with two 12 x 12 trays that you can fit a lot of food on. I made bruschetta with baguettes and each tray held 30 pieces. It also has an air fryer tray that you can use for cooking or reheating. Everything comes out perfectly crispy. It’s very easy to use and I love that I can run both sections at once on different setting. I’m so happy with this purchase!

Great little oven plus more!
My big oven has not worked for years & I had an Oster countertop oven that worked fine however I had separate air fryer, oven. Dehydrator & the Oster broiler wasn’t great. This double oven is really cool, I am loving the features & am about ready to give up the appliances it is replacing! We air roaster a pork loin on the first use, using the attached thermometer & it was absolutely perfect! With no monitoring or attention from me which is great. The only thing I would change is adding the air fry/roast option for the top oven. One night I wanted to air roast some meat in the bottom & wanted to air fry the veggies in the top but there’s no air fry in the top. For that reason I’m keeping my air fryer but I do love this oven. Also they could have included 2 crumb trays so the (included) one doesn’t have to be moved to whichever oven that is being used. I bought an extra crumb tray from Ninja & the bamboo cutting board that fits on top, from Amazon & feel I have the best setup ever! Performance is perfect & also it cooks or heats, whatever, very fast so it saves time & also less heat in the kitchen. This is a really smart product & you will like it!

The counter top oven I have been waiting for!
Since my husband and I are the only two home, firing up the big oven all the time seems a waste - plus it heats up the kitchen which is not fun in summer. An added catch is that we don't eat the same. I don't eat meat (I will eat fish) and he hates fish but loves a good roasted chop. Anyone who doesn't care for fish is always wary of cooking it together with meat - it does tend to infiltrate! I have tried many counter top ovens. Some didn't work AT ALL: I couldn't get the touch panel on the Oster Convection Oven to work without practically breaking a finger; the Elite Gourmet ETO-4510M got WAY too hot (inside and out) and was complex because it expected you to manually synch the top and bottom heat source (which were both in the same oven, unlike this one) and the french doors were a definite burn hazard; the Hauswirt 26Qt Air Fryer Convection Oven Rotisserie was also too small and got dangerously hot on the outside. The Breville Smart Oven Pro Toaster Oven is a great little oven - I have actually had 3 over the years - but the big drawback is only one shelf. I once ordered an extra shelf so I could put two things in at once, but there really wasn't room and if the two things needed different temps there was too much math involved. Also, the fish/meat thing. The Ninja DCT451 is a superb little oven. I love it and so far can't find anything about it I don't like. What I do like... - top and bottom operate separately but can also be synched - the top is small (slim really) but easily accommodates a pizza - the door can be opened just for the top, or for both - each oven has separate controls, making it easy to set each one for different things - so far it seems to cook (time/temp) per instructions for the item with no need to adjust - the functions of each oven are easy to select (toast, bake, convection etc) - there is an inside light (a really nice feature) - the outside doesn't get too hot - just mildy warm - the size is great for the capacity inside, fits nicely on my counter - it has plenty of pans - 3 shelves, two roasting pans and an air fry mesh thing. - the pans are very heavy/good quality (not flimsy - even the Breville was guilty of that) - it says hello and goodbye 😃 A great purchase - I am really glad I spent a bit extra. Its is well worth it.

Easy to use, seemingly easy to clean, missing some finishing touches
I've had this oven/air fryer for less than a week, so still getting used to it. It looks nice, despite being rather big. Controls are easy to use, but a little different than a standard toaster oven's. Today I made bacon in the air fryer basket and was amazed how easy the basket cleaned up, especially considering it isn't the non-stick basket. The air fryer has done frozen chicken nuggets covered in BBQ sauce well, and the top has done a variety of reheating, cooking, and toasting--all perfectly fine, no complaints. There are some design touches I wish this double oven had... 1. I feel like there should be 2 separate doors, instead of the integrated door that can just be opened at the top for the top oven, or all the way for both. If I'm cooking something in the top, but just need to adjust something in the bottom, then I'm forced to still open the top oven. 2. The handle for the oven is about 3 inches high, so unless you are opening this on a counter where that handle goes off the edge of the counter, it doesn't allow you to open it all the way and be able to pull the bottom oven grate out all the way. I have put the oven up on some slider feet to give the base some height, but it's still not quite enough to balance the height of that handle when open. This just increases the likelihood of burning yourself and/or having trouble pulling out what you need in the bottom oven. 3. This double oven is not wide enough to hold a standard size (12") round pizza pan. What? That seems really silly. The internal oven width is just about 12.5" but a standard 12" round pizza pan is actually closer to 13" because there is an edge around the pan. The internal width of the oven is just about a quarter of an inch too narrow. Additionally, the internal width of the included square baking pans is not big enough for a full 12" round pizza either. So don't expect to cook a pizza bigger than 10"-11" with this oven. 4. My previous toaster oven had a magnet on the door that helped pull the oven grate out about an inch when opening the door. This was very very helpful and this oven does not have that feature. I really really miss it. Additionally, there was a little bracket inside my old toaster oven that prevented you from accidentally pulling the grates out too far and having them fall out. This would seem a pretty highly desired safety feature and I'm not sure why it wasn't included with this double oven. 5. Only one crumb tray for the bottom was supplied. I would like 2 for both oven compartments. You can buy another on the Ninja site for $10. All around, a good oven. I wouldn't pay $350 for it, but I got mine on a lightning deal for about $250. I think it was worth it. I'm looking forward to trying more things in the air fryer.

My New Go-To Oven for Literally Everything
I’ve been using the Ninja DCT451 Double Oven for a little while now, and this thing has completely changed the way I cook. I honestly didn’t expect it to replace my full-size oven as much as it has, but it heats up so fast and cooks so evenly that I end up using it for almost everything. The FlexDoor design is genius because I can open just the top section without releasing all the heat from the bottom, and it makes it way easier when I’m multitasking. The Smart Finish feature also works surprisingly well. I can put different foods in the top and bottom and have them finish at the exact same time, which is perfect for making full meals without babysitting anything. The top oven runs like a rapid convection setup, and it gets food crispy without drying it out. The bottom air fryer section is powerful, cooks quickly, and honestly does a better job than some standalone air fryers I’ve owned. The built-in thermometer has been super accurate so far, and it takes all the guesswork out of cooking meats. I’ve tried chicken breasts, steaks, salmon, and even a whole roast, and everything has come out cooked perfectly without me constantly checking on it. Clean-up is easy, the stainless steel looks great on the counter, and it doesn’t take up anywhere near as much space as I expected for something that basically acts like two ovens in one. The only thing I’d mention is that it cooks fast, so you have to get used to shorter cook times if you’re coming from a traditional oven. Once you adjust, it’s honestly a huge upgrade. This oven has become one of my favorite kitchen appliances, and I use it every single day. If you cook often or just want something fast, versatile, and reliable, this is absolutely worth getting.

1-Year Update: It’s Kinda Brilliant, Has Replaced Our Big Oven Daily
See original rave review below; all the comments hold true a year later on Thanksgiving—this little oven has been a champ and a true performer. Reliable, consistent good cooking. To call this thing a toaster oven is a great injustice to this great little machine. It’s actually a mini version of our full-size residential oven—but it also happens to have a broiler/toaster/warmer attached. I only bought it to use as a second oven for Thanksgiving but now we pretty much use it every day unless we’re cooking for more than 4 people. It preheats FAST. I’m talking like 3 minutes to get to 425. It easily cooks as evenly and consistently as our big oven and doesn’t heat the kitchen up. The toast feature works so well and faster that I junked our old 2-slice toaster. And the two chambers for different items cooking at two different speeds seemed gimmicky but damned if we don’t use it weekly. It fits inside the cabinet, and I put a 5” PC exhaust fan at the back and a vent in the front to make sure all of the heat is pulled out when it’s running. DO NOT PUT THIS OVEN IN A CABINET UNLESS YOU DO THAT. With the airflow, it never goes over 120deg in the cabinet. Best money on a kitchen appliance that I’ve ever spent, assuming that it’s reliable.

Absolutely amazing! *Chef's Kiss*
This oven has quickly become my favorite kitchen appliance, and it's made cooking an absolute joy. Size: The size is one of the things I love most about this oven. I looked at like 6 countertop ovens and this is the biggest I could find. To give you an idea, it can fit two whole chickens in the bottom and around 12 hot dog buns at the top. Ease of Use: How easy is it to use? I don't know if it could be any easier. Whether I’m toasting bread or baking a pizza, the controls are easy. For toast, you just choose how many slices and the toasting level you want. For pizza, it’s just one button and start, and it even preheats automatically. It really couldn’t be simpler. Also as for cleaning, I haven't had issues there, the removable attachments makes cleaning easier. Noise Level: The noise level is insanely low. The top section is so quiet that sometimes I have to check if it’s even on! And yep, it's definitely on. The bottom section is louder, but it’s still quieter than I expected. Attachments: It comes with all the necessary trays, baskets, and even a thermometer if you get that version. The only thing I wish it had was an extra crumb tray. It only comes with one, which I don't really understand. Food Results: The most important part. As you can see in the pictures, it has giving me great food results. Whole chickens come out juicy and with great color, pizzas are delicious and with no flop, and chocalate chip cookie were soft with melted chocolate. The only slight issue I’ve had so far is with roasted potatoes, they weren’t really crispy, but I might just need to cook them a bit longer. Build Quality and Design: As with other Ninja products, the build quality is excellent. I’m confident it will last a long time. Plus, it looks great in the kitchen, it's very nice to look at and it modernizes the kitchen. Overall: I’m really happy with this purchase. I’d definitely recommend it.

A winner ! Such convenience & a beautiful appliance. Works beautifully. Double oven amazing.
My daughter convinced me to give Ninja brand a try (an old Breville customer) after my toaster oven just wore out. I was hesitant but she uses all Ninja items so I gave this a try. I absolutely love the 2 oven feature & the ability to postpone one or the other oven so that it goes on to finish both oven cooking times at the same time for serving. What an incredible idea. You prepare & set the timer for each oven's item, then if you want them both to finish cooking at the same time but one has a shorter/longer cooking time, you can set both up with temps/times & the select to have them complete cooking together. The oven with the shorter cooking time waits to turn on until it matches the ending time of the other. Many great meal suggestions for preparing entire meals using both ovens. I have only baked and air fryed in each so far so I can't comment on the eveness of toasting bread but I did find on one pre-packaged item I baked that the temp on the item package seemed a little too high & it browned more than I'd wanted but that isn't the oven's problem. The directions were for a regular oven so I think I'll watch to adjust somewhat for a toaster oven. I am 100% happy with the looks, style & performance of this combination and although it's large, it fits perfectly next to my stove top and is used daily. Ninja really hit home with this conveneint double oven. Love it.
