I’ve used different types of creatine supplement since 2019. Mostly powder, but I’ve tried gummies as well. With my ever changing lifestyle and my inability to sometimes consume creatine on my off days (because I can’t do powder in water..yuck) I found myself looking more and more into capsules to fill in on off days. This has become the ONLY creatine supplement I consume! As a female, I have learned that the regular 5g dose is just too much for me. It absolutely sky rockets my creatinine levels in lab work. While not inherently the worst thing, my organ health is very important to me. After 2 years of raised levels I decided that I needed to adjust my dose as a last ditch effort. 3g I have found to be a perfect dose for me! This dosing , while not optimal for everyone, is PERFECT for me! Pros- there are so many! -no garbage ingredients (100% creatine monohydrate) VERY IMPORTANT! -no jitters -no dry mouth -no headaches (as long as you stay hydrated) -muscle tonality has been AMAZING in just a few weeks. -my strength and the ability to push through hard sets has been impalpable Cons——- 6 capsules is a lot! BUT def not a deal breaker. I WILL purchase this brand, in capsule form again and again!!!

These will definitely help with athletic performance. I recommend consuming lots of water while taking these. I have noticed increased strength and body definition. Should go without saying, but regular workouts and a good diet are most important, but these certainly help. I'm 46 and workout regularly. My diet isn't perfect, but I stay away from most things that aren't really good for me. I have noticed a difference.

The studies I've read on creatine supplementation suggest it's one of the few supplements out there that has measurable effects, in creatine's case, on augmenting lean muscle mass gain in response to sufficiently intense strength training. The studies (available on PubMed) use a loading dose of 5g (5000mg) /day for a week and a maintenance dose of 2g (2500mg) /day after that, so I thought getting this bottle of Naturebell capsules, advertised at 3000mg, would be a convenient way to get my creatine. But to get to the recommended 3000mg amount, I'd have to swallow some SIX capsules every day. Even if I were okay with washing down that many capsules, I'd go through the 300-capsule container in just 50 days. I've noticed that other Naturebell products similarly achieve the advertised dose by requiring you to ingest multiple pills or capsules each time. This totally defeats the purpose of using capsules. And since I'm trying to have less plastic, less shipping, and fewer and less frequent Amazon purchases in my life, buying Naturebell, or any other product that similarly requires ingesting multiple units each time to get the advertised amount, makes no sense for me. I'm going to check carefully before buying capsules of anything again, and since creatine seems to involve such a higher amount to get the desired benefit, I'm going to buy creatine in the powder form instead. So, if you want to both use Naturebell and get the effect shown in the research studies, prepare to swallow ten capsules/day for the first week and five/day after that.
