Like the vape I don't like the fact it is meant to come with a battery and no battery in the box so I'm not happy, I had to buy a battery for it, it also tells you your battery's low and doesn't function this was the biggest waste of money I've had in a long time.... Do not buy this product they are so temperamental one min it work the next it doesn't I got so sick and tired of this product I got so frustrated by it I bounced it down the road..... Best place for it is in the gutter

The actual drag you get from this e cig is great tge massive fault it has is the atomiser is magnetic so anytime you put in your pocket or bag it falls off! I lost my atomiser on day one and have just got used to carrying spares now which is not ideal

Software on these devices is not great.Too many errors with low power warnings even when batteries are barely used.Too many atomiser errors.They seem to have stopped updating the firmware on their gene chip v.1 devicesMy advice is to buy something with newer version 2 Gene chip firmware or go with a different company that doesn't move on so quickly when work still needs to be done on devices they are still selling.

Didnt even work, wouldnt turn on.. and to say it was new system the top were the tank sits was filthy.. would not buy again...
