Great tape does a good job of stabilising joints. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my knees give out before the rest of my body does so I thought I try this type for my couch to 5K. A rookie error the first time round meant that the tape didn’t stick particularly well on my first attempt on my left leg however the tape on my right knee has been on for four days now and weathered many showers and still supporting my knee. For £12 you can’t really go wrong 20 strips is about the size of a roll of tape anyway and so I bought another box. I’m interested to see how long the tape lasts for. Yes you could spend less with knee braces or supports however the problem with them is that often you are always pulling them up halfway through your workout and decent ones can be very bulky.

Far superior to the other tapes on the market. It's stretchy, sticky and works great for what I need it for! I find that if I exercise the moment that I put the tape on, it's more likely to come off quickly so I like to put it on about an hour prior to exercise. Lasts a long time if I use it this way.

Recommended by a friend, tried this for my dodgy knee, we do a fair bit of walking and this really helps. Only issue is I have trouble sticking it down properly and parts start to come away. Maybe more practice. I bought this size as a trial but will probably get a bigger role now. I had an elastic knee support which helps but the tape is a lot better. You can keep it on in the shower so lasts longer than one wear, just need to ensure edges are all stuck down properly.

KT tape good for muscles

Probably the worst tape I have used and it was slightly more expensive. Strapped up my shoulder and all three pieces had come lose within about 12 hours even though the product states it would last days. Very annoyed at this purchase especially now I have to purchase another brand so I can secure my rotator cuff.

Good quality product, make sure to follow the advice to apply the tape at least an hour before exercise

This tape is the best that I have tried. Holds for 3-4 days and is waterproof in the shower. Highly recommend.
