The camera works great but I cant get the locator to give a clear indication even when the camera lense is 2 feet away.

Great tool, it helps a lot on the job. Fits right with the price.

Didn’t last 2 years used it about 5-7 times I thought it was the screen so I bought a replacement and still nothing

Great. Paid for itself after a week (inspected 5 sewer lines already). Important to read the Locator instructions. IF YOU POINT WAND TOWARD THE LOCATOR THE SIGNAL IS REDUCED. THIS IS COUNTER-INTUITIVE UNTIL YOU REALIZE THE RADIO TRANSMISSION PHYSICS: The transmission antenna in the camera points in direction of camera down sewer line. The wand receiving antenna MUST be pointed parallel to the line for maximum signal. If wand is pointing perpendicular to line, little signal. Until I realized that, I could make little sense of the readings. Once I figured that out I could easily locate a pipe 6' down within a couple feet. Other points: start at highest sensitivity ("Far" setting and D value 9) until you pickup signal. Then turn sensitivity down ("Near" and low D value) to narrow in.

Very pleased with the camera. I have not used the locator yet, so I am looking forward to that. Very good value.

Compre una y en menos de un año se ha estropeado. Es la segunda cámara Vevor que tiene el mismo problema. Y no llegan al año de funcionamiento. No enciende la pantalla. Las 2 han tenido el mismo problema. Y con un precio muy elevado para su utilidad.

Après 3 utilisations normal, la caméra ne fonctionne plus : elle a un faux contact à ras de la tête . Irréparable. Et visiblement pas de garantie ? Je vois pas comment la renvoyer ….

Je suis ramoneur et j'ai acheté cette caméra pour inspecter les conduits de fumée verticaux. Le produit est convenable mais les images difficiles à interpréter car il n'y a pas d'orientation de celle ci ( ce que je savais) et que la caméra suit toujours le même chemin. La " vitre" de l'optique a cassé au bout d'un an et d'une trentaine d'utilisation... ( sans doute lié aux multiples chocs dans les conduits. )

Tolles Gerät, mit dem Ortungsfinder einfach die beschädigte Stelle zu orten. Der Bildschirm bringt gute Auflösung, Bilder können später noch am PC bearbeitet werden. Das Mikrofon bei Videoaufnahmen nimmt nur den Ton in der nähe des Bildschirmes auf.
