No more trips & falls for me (& I'm pretty active & mobile not frail at all)
Ordered this to stop me from tripping in the kitchen when my sons come in on the tiled floor in their socks, so I couldn't hear them behind me if I was preparing food. I had two trips on each of them when I turned to use the sink & didn't want anymore as the tiled floor is not forgiving. Now I have it pointed behind me on the counter & it lights up when they come in ๐ happy days!

Very good contact distance.
It does the job that I want and helps with delivery of items too. I wanted this for security as well and tells me that there is someone outside to be aware of. Not allowed camera so this is next best thing that I could think of. I may find another way but trial and error is my name.
