Missing key piece
The set is missing a key connecting piece, so my son is unable to put it together. We had it shipped to Taiwan, so it is difficult to return.

Box open and in rough shape
I bought this for a birthday gift and box was opened and retaped closed, and just in a real rough shape. Something I would have passed over in store. Hopefully all of the pieces are there.
